WHOLE NEW EARTH

But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
— 2 Peter 3:13

MISSION STATEMENT

WE AIM TO PROCLAIM…

to all those hoping to witness a political revolution against the current system,

to all those long waiting for justice,

to all those looking forward to the revelation of all truth,

to all those with broken bodies and broken spirits, depressed by the corruption of all things in the current age

…the reality that

there is only one worthy to rule,

there is only one meaningful impending revolution,

there is only one eternal redemption of all things,

& there is only one eternal king.

We proclaim the coming of the everlasting kingdom of Christ.

What we wait for is a Whole New Earth under the Lordship of Christ, as there shall be when He returns.

Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom the one which shall not be destroyed.
— Daniel 7:14

“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne.” - Matthew 25:31

All the Glory Belongs to God

We Wait on God to Fulfill this Promise as Our Sought End Cannot Depend on Human Effort

While we must labor to proclaim the good news of Christ and to love our neighbors, Christians do not need to labor to see their King enthroned. In fact, we are incapable of doing so. How can we bring Heaven down to Earth when this is what God did for us when He ministered to us through Christ and gave us His Holy Spirit? Jesus alone is Jacob’s Ladder, the connector from Heaven to us, and from us to Heaven. God will Himself enthrone Christ, just as God provided the ram in the thicket (Jesus), the sacrifice for our salvation, even crowning our King Jesus with thorns to the further embodiment of this ancient prophecy (Genesis 22:13-14, Mark 15:17). Thus, we wait for our faithful God to fulfill His promise to bring Christ down to us again, this time as undisputed King forever. Christ Himself waits on the work of the Father. Hebrews 10:12-13 says, “But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet.” God is preparing the eternal reign of Jesus.

Do you yet see why all the glory belongs to God alone? It is written that salvation belongs to Him alone (Revelation 7:10). Jesus is our priest and king, our perfect sacrifice for our sins and our creator. God does not receive power from mankind. Instead, He establishes Himself all these things: His Kingdom, our salvation, our good works, and even our faith in Him. What we do is wait, fully thankful, carrying out in the meantime whatever works God has provided for us to do. Do not be confused, I am not saying that we do not labor for Christ. My concern is that there are people out there who lack understanding and knowledge of the scriptures and who mistakenly trust in human power for redemption. Among other examples, people narcissistically and falsely trust in themselves to attain personal divinity and enlightenment in the form of what is deceitfully termed “Christ Consciousness”. Humanists believe human will is trustworthy and righteous enough to establish a utopian state. These things are never going to happen. There is no merit in human authority apart from Christ.

Christ Does Not Receive Power from Man

Remember when I said that all the glory belongs to God alone? That salvation belongs to Him alone? That the redemption of all things belongs to Him alone? Recall this: Human beings killed our God and creator upon the crucifix. If we were good, we would not have committed this most evil action. Furthermore, it is destined that at some future point, human beings will establish the rule of the Anti-Christ, the Abomination that Brings Desolations, as the worshipped ruler over the Earth (Revelation 13:8). So great will this deception be upon all of humanity, that only the Christians who are themselves abiding in the vine of Christ will NOT bow down to this abomination. So opposite will this Anti-Christ be to the example of our Lord, who refuses to receive power from mankind. Only an unworthy king should even desire to receive power this way, taking it from the hands of the mortal race of mankind! That is no true god! Christ is creator of all, why should He receive power from beings He created? When Jesus (humble to the utmost for our sake) came to serve us and to establish His Church, he walked the earth in a human body and yet rejected every man-derived will to enthrone Him (John 5:41 & 6:15). True power and glory belongs to God alone. Instead, when Christ comes back, we who are faithful shall receive power from Him.

Indisputable Reign

He will return to us in an undeniable fashion. Christ will be seen from every corner of the globe. The second coming will be final. Christ came 2,000 years ago to humbly serve and to prepare His chosen ones for the coming of His Kingdom. When Christ ministered and demonstrated that He was the Messiah to the fulfillment of all scripture, many witnessed this and yet continued to live in denial. This will not be possible when He comes again. He will come in finality to do all that the Jews hoped He would do the first time: to instate the Kingdom of God in an instant. Just as occurs when a king takes control of an enemy kingdom, judgements shall be rendered of the former subjects. Are their hearts loyal to the good King, or are their hearts loyal to the fallen kingdom of Babylon?

Therefore, Be Blameless

8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.
11 Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,
12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!
13 But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
14 Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these, be diligent to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace.
15 And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him,
16 as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures.
17 You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose your own stability.
18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
— 2 Peter 3:8-18

God’s Grace Is for Our Repentance

If there is a delay, the delay is for your salvation. The delay is so that, by God’s great generosity, you too might personally be included in God’s Kingdom; but do not count on further delay! React now. Respond now to His grace. The Lord says to us in His word that we are to be blameless. It is so easy to become twisted up in the godlessness of this world and the current age! Your proper response to this reality is to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to whom belongs all the glory. So let us join together now in committing ourselves to cutting out all of our acts of lawlessness in this time of waiting. Jesus wants to come to us in peace and to find us without blemish. Let us cooperate now with Christ’s desires for us as He prepares us for the day of righteousness, which will come with finality at an unexpected hour.
